The major objective of the course is to provide an understanding of the key principles and components of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), the role of PPPs in the delivery of socio-economic development as well as the opportunities and challenges of procuring and maintaining public services in various fields through effective PPPs, particularly in emerging markets.
