Course Descriptions

This course orients students to the course of law in welfare-related areas, and its importance for the welfare state system in particular and the general society at large. It will discuss the basic foundation of law in the field of social work and social welfare. It will examine social welfare legislations concerning the protection of women and children; the physical and mentally disabled; family; labour; and those laws related to social work, social security and social welfare, health and education.
